SBC Business is a completely free platform designed to help businesses manage customer interactions, verify memberships, and offer exclusive deals. Since we do not charge any subscription or service fees, the following refund and cancellation policies apply:

1. No Payments, No Refunds

  • SBC Business is a free-to-use platform, and we do not charge businesses any fees for using our app.
  • Since there are no monetary transactions, there is no refund policy applicable for businesses.

2. Account Cancellation & Deactivation

  • Business users can choose to deactivate or delete their SBC Business account at any time.
  • To request account deletion, email us at [email protected] with your registered details.
  • Once deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our system within 7 working days.

3. Data Retention After Cancellation

  • After an account is deleted, transactional history and analytics data may still be stored for compliance and security reasons.
  • We do not share or sell any business data to third parties.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the App or our website.
