By accessing or using the Smart Buddy Card App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating our policies.

3. Membership & QR Code Activation

• Users must purchase a Smart Buddy Card Membership to activate their QR code.
• Without an active membership, the QR code will not work for business verification.
• The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and store your personal information as per our Privacy Policy.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the app for fraudulent activities.
• Sharing QR codes or login credentials with others.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable after activation.

In case of technical errors, refunds will be considered at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any business transactions that occur outside our app.
• The app only facilitates verification through QR codes; it does not guarantee services provided by businesses.

8. Updates & Modifications

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
