At Smart Buddy Card, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our users. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing a membership.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• The Smart Buddy Card is priced at ₹999/-.
• If you do not receive your physical card within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed only if the delay is from our end and not due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

2. Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once a membership is activated, it cannot be canceled.
• The QR code linked to the membership will remain valid for the membership duration.

4. Card Delivery Information

• Currently, we are operational only in Vadodara.
• All physical cards will be dispatched directly from our company and delivered within 7 days of order confirmation.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the physical card is delivered successfully.
• If the membership has already been activated.
• If the customer has entered incorrect shipping details.
